What's the best value?

Value doesn't always mean the best price.  I want to get my money's worth when I buy an e-cigarette and so I look at price and quality.  What good is a cheap electronic cigarette if it breaks down and you have to buy another?

First of all I say you need two batteries, many e-cigarette kits come with only one to keep the price down, but after a while you are going to want another battery and the price for an additional one is usually pretty steep. so the e-cigarette starter kits should have two.  After that it's the cartridges that determine the ongoing cost "per pack".

BEST VALUE

Cigarti electronic cigarette has the best price for a 2 piece starter kit we've seen, 2 piece electronic cigarettes don't have the atomizer to break down like the Eluma's (after about a month).  Each cartridge comes with a built in atomizer, a little more expensive but you also get more vapor and about similar price per pack ($1.38).

The Eluma e-cigarette comes in a starter pack with two batteries, but this review evaluates the basic e-cigarette kit: One electronic cigarette, one USB charger and some cartridges.  The taste and duration of the vapor is the best I've tasted so far.  I've had to knock it down a notch because of the poorer Eluma customer service, and the Cigarti e-cigarette rated just a little better.  But the Eluma still has the cheapest e-cig starter kit available. $1.25 cost per pack does not include replacing the atomizer, but even so, it's still a good value.

The Blu electronic cigarette comes with lots of goodies in it's starter pack, really a lot for the money.  The overall experience won't be good enough for most people but will fill the need for mainly light smokers.  That's why I have it here as a good value.
